- No meat of any kind including beef, poultry, fish or any other sea - food.
- No sugar including sugary by products
- no sugar drinks or sodas of any sort.
- Carbohydrates are limited to fresh root crops and not processed.
The challenge is to battle my craving for meat. Back at home, I am dubbed a "Meat Lover." If I don't have meat in my plate, there's no way I'd enjoy a meal without complaining.
I still haven't thought about how to go about it but I am open for ideas and suggestions. I am also pondering on what would be the most preferable or effective way to get by the day with out meat.
I think your challenges are quite hard, and I probably can't do it.
