30 Days Challenge

I would like to challenge myself going on a Vegetarian Diet for 30 days. The restrictions are:
  • No meat of any kind including beef, poultry, fish or any other sea - food.
  • No sugar including sugary by products
  • no sugar drinks or sodas of any sort.
  • Carbohydrates are limited to fresh root crops and not processed.
The reason to go on this challenge was to test myself whether it'd be easy to change my habit of eating and to become  new lifestyle.
The challenge is to battle my craving for meat. Back at home, I am dubbed a "Meat Lover." If I don't have meat in my plate, there's no way I'd enjoy a meal without complaining.
I still haven't thought about how to go about it but I am open for ideas and suggestions. I am also pondering on what would be the most preferable or effective way to get by the day with out meat.
