A favorite historical film (Schindler's List)

Schindler's List is a film, which won seven Oscars, including the award for Best Picture in 1994, also three Golden Globу Awards and one Grammy, based on the book Schindler's Ark written by Thomas Michael Keneally. This film tells the story about the German businessmen Oskar Schindler (played by William John "Liam" Neeson) who saved more than a thousand Polish Jews from death during the Holocaust.

In 1939 according to Nazi order, all prisoner Jews must to get to Krakow for further registration and spreading in German factories. Oskar arrived in Krakow in order to organize the production of enameled crockery. He is quickly surrounded by acquaintances with influential German officers. Unfortunately, he spends all his money to get all permissions, thereof he has not enough money for buying a factory. He finds the decision in making a deal with rich Jews. He offers them to give him their money, which they anyway could not use in accordance with German order, instead of this he gives them the goods which they can exchange for other goods. Most prisoners Jews want to work in Schindler's factory because it allowed them to go out from time to time from the territory of the concentration camp.

When the head of the concentration camp received the order to kill all prisoners, Schindler gives him the bribe on purpose to save the life of his factory staff. In the most affecting scene, Schindler protects the children of his employers and lies soldiers that these kids the workers too, because they incomparable polish bullets inside due to their small fingers.

This story is based on a real-life story, how a rich man spends all his savings and risking his life in order to save others' lives. Thus, this film could inspire to be kinder.
