The Owheo River Hotel
The designer of this project was Ilan Avraham. The idea of this project was to have a hotel located nearby the sea. Looking at the pictures and the designs, the hotel can be described to looks massive, sophisticated, beautiful, luxurious, unique, stands out and expensive.
I think this hotel will contribute to making Dunedin a liveable place in several ways namely:

• create employment opportunities in all areas.
• raise the profile of the Tourism Industry in Dunedin
• contribute to Dunedin's economy through taxes and income revenues

The Owhoe River Hotel is proposed to be located along Minerva St opposite the water of Leith not far from the Language Centre.
