As 30 days challenge, what I can work on is to reduce the
amount of snack. Since snack in NZ personally I think is better than those made in
Japan, after I came to NZ I have eaten tons of them and I am thinking I need to
change the bad habit at the latest until I go back to Japan. Otherwise, there is a risk of
ruining my health, which I want to, more like have to avoid no matter what
takes.
I agree about NZ's snack is better than Japan.
