     Ha Noi is in the same situation with almost other modern cities in the world, where people are unfriendly to each other.
     Although it is not as serious as it is described in London. Tourists and visitors are still easy to get helps from the local residents. However, people become less hospitality and don't care about what is happening around them. You can hear fewer and fewer greetings people say to each other on the  street.







     To deal with the problem, The youngsters have spontaneously run a campaign call "Free Hug"  to encourage people getting closer to each other. However, I suppose that the campaign has not been successful, because people are very shamed to hug the strangers on the street.
      I think the most suitable action is to run the campaign like "Tal to me Ha Noi", so people would be easier to take part in.
