Have you visited
zoos? Probably, many people said “Yes.” to this question. Zoos are really
popular spot for children. However, it is said that zoos nowadays serve no
useful purpose and should be banned. But I do not think so.
Firstly, zoos
are good place for people to learn about animals. Zoos make opportunities to
improve interests about wild animals and nature. People can see animals on
their eyes. This experience has strong effects than they see animals only on
the videos.
Additionally, zoos
nowadays make effort to preserve endangered species of animals. If there were
not any zoos, more species of animals are disappeared. Zoos have important role
in environment on the earth.
In conclusion, I
think that zoos nowadays serve really useful purpose and should not be banned. Zoos
are necessary in the modern society. Of course, we have to make effort to
preserve animals on personal.
Apparently I have never been to a zoo. But I often question the sole purpose for having a zoo. Is it for Animal Conservation reasons or do countries use it as an opportunity to attract holiday makers into the country to increase the tourist economy.

I agree with your opinion because I believe zoos have two responsibilities. One is entertaining for people, especially children. I think touching animals is good for our feelings. Plus, they have been protected animals from environmental destruction. And most of them learnt about animals a lot. Thus, zoos should be kept.

I strongly agree with you, for me, zoo has multiple purposes. One it can be use as recreational area and at the same time it helps protect animals mainly from other carnivores species. However, zoo keepers should make sure that they offer typical habitat to each animal.
